Why pocket bikes are so popular these days

We all know all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) are such a hit with people of all races and ages these days but have you ever heard of a pocket bike? These pocket-sized dynamites can pack quite a punch too – so, don't judge it by the way it looks. In actual fact, if we check the stats, the growth rate of pocket bikes are even faster than what we've seen for ATVs! Now, being a ATV enthusiasts and all, we've decided to do a little research into why pocket bikes are so popular these days and we'd like to explore the reason behind the explosion of this trend a little bit more in-depth.

Compact in size, Dynamic in design

One of the biggest reasons why pocket bikes are so popular is because of one simple reason….they're small and fast and despite the size, they're pretty hot looking! Take a look at some of the pocket bike designs they have in the market today – they can challenge the best of the ATVs today…without the bulkiness too. If you wish to have a more conventional design, they have it. If you prefer something more funky, they have it.

Pocket bikes are fast!!

It was a mistake for us to assume that pocket bikes were really sluggish and were made for kids because it's NOT! It may look like a toddler's toy but when it comes to speed, it certainly is not. In fact, with a high end pocket bike, it can definitely outrun an ATV any time of the day. So, it's small…it's fast…and….

…it's getting cheaper and cheaper by the minute

Now, if you're not totally convinced yet with the ‘cute and small' and ‘speedy' theories, this will certainly nail it. Pocket bikes are getting cheaper and cheaper by the minute. I mean, what can be better than something that is compact, trendy, fast and affordable?? We're not saying that there will be a day when you can find pocket bikes in seven-elevens and Wal-Marts, no way…but what we're saying is that it has become easier and more affordable for people who were interested in taking up the sport but did not have the financial means to do it before.
