There are mesh on the back of the Pack jacket that allows for breathability and then there's the neck warmer for cold months. We know a lot of other jacket manufacturers claim that the jackets they make are water-proof but have a look....are they really? Only experienced people, people who has been making adult jackets as long as Pampers has been making diapers, would know how to make an adult jacket TRULY water-proof.
