Getting ATV part is just part of the problem
There are many reasons why you should consider buying a branded ATV as opposed to an ATV that is of a less-known brand. One of the most important reasons is this…the convenience of finding an ATV part when you need it. What happens when your ATV breaks down and you bring it to the dealer only to have the dealer tell you that the ATV part that you're looking for is not available locally but they would need to order it from…say Japan or China individually. Imagine the cost! Imagine the hassle! Imagine the time it would actually take for the ATV part to actually reach you!
Ok, the truth is most ATVs in the market today are not made locally, apart from a few local brands, but what makes the difference is how the manufacturer actually manages their customer support and how available they make their ATV parts to consumers all over the world. As long as ATV parts are well distributed and managed well, consumers will have an easier time maintaining and upkeeping their ATVs. It makes all the difference in the world, let's admit it. When we purchase an ATV, we intend to use it for some time, don't we? It's not extremely expensive but it's quite an investment to some. So, it would have been terrible if we had to buy a new ATV just because we cannot find a replacement ATV part for the ATV that broke down.
Some of the bigger ATV manufacturers actually ensure that their distributors have sufficient supply of ATV parts whenever the need arises. These are the Giants that deserves to be at the top. Large ATV manufacturers like Honda, Kazuma and Suzuki (just to name a few) goes out of their way to make sure their consumers can get their hands on their ATV parts by going through some relatively simple procedure. For example, if you purchase a well-known brand ATV and one of the parts failed, chances are you can simply log into their website and go into their customer support page. Now, from the customer support page, you can simply fill out your particulars or get contact info about how to find and order the ATV part that you want.
Through our research, we've found that some ATV parts came faster than others and some companies responded speedier and friendlier than some. The faster you can get your ATV (and friendlier the staff), the better.
